Thodar AI provides AI-powered voice transcription, translation, and customer support automation services for businesses. Our services include processing voice messages, text translation, and automated response generation.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, to interfere with our services, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Payment Terms
Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Thodar AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
